Using information technology to create a teaching environment for TCSL and developing in an all-round way is not only supplement offline mode, but also important innovation of mode. Facing the new Wisdom Education, order better carry out Chinese as foreign language, it necessary build intelligent platform focusing on language based advantages application technology, improving quality language. Based (TCFL) TCFL, this paper puts forward multi-platform construction mechanism.
